Congressional and senatorial stock-trade disclosures aggregated as net-flow indicators. We track buy counts, sell counts, buy/sell ratios, and total dollar volume across both chambers. Used by retail traders as a sentiment-of-the-informed signal. Whether it actually predicts SPY is one of the things we let the math tell us.
