How corrections work
Every per-prediction record on a host's Book has a 🚩 button. Click it to propose a correction. Pick a structured type — speaker_wrong / direction_wrong / ticker_wrong / sarcasm_missed / not_a_real_call / conviction_too_high / conviction_too_low / position_intent_wrong / wrong_horizon / live_event_wrong / live_event_missing / other. Paste a 50–300 char quote from the transcript that supports the fix.
- Submit. Account must be ≥ 7 days old. 5 corrections / day max per user.
- Discussion + voting. Other users can upvote / downvote and reply.
- Promote. At +3 net upvotes from 30-day-old accounts, the correction moves into the moderator queue.
- Merge. A moderator reviews. If approved, the prediction record updates overnight and the contributor is credited.
Every record has a full edit-history — even rejected corrections leave a breadcrumb. Receipts, all the way down.
